The Tenerife Business Directory was born out of
frustration really whilst looking for a new business venture
in Tenerife - I had decided thats where I wanted to work
- the sunshine, the people and the way of life. I spent
weeks trailing through endless websites looking for bits
of information on commercial premises and businesses for
sale here and there. It was so frustrating most businesses
were advertised by estate agents and unless you know them
all and their websites it can be a nightmare. I finally
decided to set up my own company in the end. I had always
been in the Overseas Property sector and started www.property-abroad.com
over 4 years ago. I built the company up into one of the
top Portals on the internet where it still stands today.
I wanted to start something up in Tenerife as I'd always
loved the island and the people and had spent many a good
holiday here with my family. I couldn't find the right
thing that I wanted to do - I knew that I wanted to start
something different and so I eventually set on an idea
and consequently set up Tenerife
Property Auctions SL the only English style auction
house in Tenerife. We now hold monthly property auctions
in the hotel Zentral Center and our offices are located
in the Commercial Center Zentral Center.
We now boast ownership of over 280 websites dealing with
property abroad and earlier this year we set up 50 holiday
rental website with the flagship being www.rent-a-villa-abroad.com
offering villa and apartment owners the ability to
rent out their properties free of charge with an online
booking facility and a property management system allowing
them to manage their properties online from anywhere in
the world.
The Tenerife Business Directory is a culmination
of all the thing above I suppose - overseas property,
businesses in Tenerife and the flexibility to allow business
owners the ability to advertise their businesses in Tenerife
to the community and the World Wide Web. I hope that you
